I confirmed their flat rate as posted on their website from Norwalk to LAX. Once in the cab, I was told there was too much traffic and would be charged by meter! Then, after telling them twice on the phone that I would pay by credit card, they said I couldn't! This is a BANDIT CAB. Not authorized by the city. Too bad they work this way. Could have been a regular customer. Never use them again!
