On July 2nd I placed an order with All Natural Cosmetics for Miessence Lemon Myrtle Shampoo order number 9497. For some reason I had trouble completing the order. When I tried again later the order seemingly went through, but not with my debit card. It went through PayPal.
It was completed I should have received the item, but didn't. Then on July 6th or 7th the company emailed me, telling me to complete the order. I didn't check the details, so without knowing that the order had in fact gone through, I ordered a second Shampoo, order number 9544.
I tried to cancel the order and have my account and bank refunded since I didn't have enough funds to cover the purchase. I don't know what went on. When I completed the second order I used my debit card with no problem.
I tried to contact the company by phone and by their contact form. I tried PayPal, but there is no customer service, no one to speak to. So now I'm out $61.90. As I said I don't know what went on, I just want my money back.
I don't know what role PayPal had in this. They make it impossible to reach them.
