Quality of product - I have had several broken parts since purchasing this scooter - all of which are cheap and non-servicable.

Parts replacement - I have to send the part in before they will replace but I send them in and they haven't replaced one part yet - the first part I sent on 7-17-08 and finally did get a response - on 7-22-08 I was told by a Carl M. that the ETA on the parts will be 2-3 weeks (as of 9-21-08 I still have not received any parts). I also sent parts off to them on 8-27-08. I wrote an e-mail stating UPS tracking number and delivery due date - I had no response on whether the part were received or not - After phoning, multiple times, I finally talked to a human last Monday ( 9-14-08) - I was assured the parts would be shipped soon - I have not heard back from the company.

Warranty - I was talked into a "Life Time" warranty ($176) by sales person. She stated that these parts are hard to find, but All New Sports would provide the parts in a timely manner and implied she could easily get most parts and they would be from original manufactuer. What good is a LIFE TIME WARRANTY if it takes a lifetime to get the parts. In the phone conversation last week - I asked for my lifetimg warranty back and was told it is non-refundable.

Customer Service - I have e-mailed (and saved them) and phoned them and I get no response. An example was for technical support when I first got the scooter - it would not start. I called and left e-mails with tech support. After about 2 weeks I got on a blog and found that you need to open the Idle (ALL OPEN) before it would start (note this step was not part of the startup operation instructions).

In short ALL aspects of this company have failed in expected and implied expectations - No reponses to calls or E-mails (If you call most of the time you get a recording that stating it is quicker to get response via e-mail - then hangs up - no chance to leave a message). Replacement parts are a nightmare and since I have had this product since May 08 I have not been able to use it 75% of the time (and still waiting for parts)
