Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
The seller sold a heavily scratched cd (listed as "like new") that skipped and refused to authorize a return stating that they "tested it" and do not refund "turds who try to scam" them. I filed an A-Z claim with Amazon, stating that I want to return the defective item to the seller and the seller said that if I did not withdraw the claim they would post my full name, address, phone number, and email address on a website called badbuyerlist.org as well as send the police to my house. I recommend avoiding this seller.

I had a very similar experience. I ordered a CD on Amazon.com from the seller "All Orders Ship In 24hrs Or Less From Southern California!" that never arrived. Tracking showed it was mailed but there was no further update beyond when it arrived at the sorting center. I wanted to give it time in case there was simply a delay but it did not show up. I contacted the seller after a week past when it was supposed to arrive to let them know I did not receive it. I did not even ask for a refund, but the seller responded back stating that if I dared to file a complaint with Amazon, they would "ruin me" and post my address online where they "hoped someone would see it and decide to show up someday to teach me a lesson about trying to ripoff Amazon sellers again". WTF?!? This seller is obviously mentally unstable! I paid under $20 including shipping so I decided it was not worth the hassle of filing a report with Amazon. I also have a toddler at home so I worried about the danger that this maniac could cause. They already had my name and address, so reporting them to Amazon would not protect me if they followed through on their threat. Now I wish I had at least anonymously reported them since it appears they are still victimizing others. It is too late for the A-Z at this point.
