I ordered a part for my Webber grill for $40. When it arrived it was the wrong size. When I called they said to return it and they would send a new one. I never heard from them. Then I sent emails and never heard. I finally called and they said they never look at their email during their "Christmas season". The spring is very busy. They said they would look into it. No response.
After calling several more time and faxing the invoice, I decided to file a ripoff report. Do not buy parts from this joint!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
