This store was suspended by the franchise tax board and the california secretary of state.

They shoulda closed up shop (per the LAW) but they are still open and doing business illegally. They are not open regular hours and their sign is a lie. I went out of my way to go there 3 times so I looked them up.

When I got there 3rd time the guy (mike?) there said the hours are random and he told me the owners name which is Richard Loscalzo. I left my number for Rich to call me but he never did.

I found out he and they have been Suspended and my friend who works for franchise tax board says what he's doing is totally illegal.
