YOU SHOULD HAVE GONE TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY BUREAU OF PRIVATE SECURITY AGENCIES FOR THE STATE OF TEXAS...THEY HAVE A WEBSITE AND YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE AN INDIVIDUAL SEARCH TO SEE IF THIS GUY IS EVEN LICENSED AND REGISTERED AS A PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR.

UNDER BOARD RULES, HE IS SUPPOSED TO PROVIDE WITH YOU A COPY OF ANY SURVEILLANCE FOOTAGE, STILL PHOTOGRAPHS,RECORDINGS AND A WRITTEN REPORT DETAILING THE RESULTS OF HIS INVESTIGATION TO YOU. YOU PAID HIM MONEY FOR THIS AND HE SHOULD HAVE SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH YOU AND YOU SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST GOTTEN A WRITTEN RECEIPT FOR YOUR MONEY FROM HIM.
HE'S BEEN AT THIS FOR A FEW YEARS AND HE SHOULD KNOW THE BOARD RULES AND REGULATIONS --ESPECIALLY IF HE HAD TO TAKE THE LICENSING EXAM THEY GIVE...

Process for Filing Complaints Against Companies or Individuals

In the event that you become aware of a potential criminal or administrative violation of Chapter 1702, Occupations Code by a licensed or unlicensed company or individual in the private security industry, you may submit a written complaint to the Private Security Bureau. You may submit your complaint in any of the following ways:

* For complaints in:

Please include as much information as possible about the company or individual against whom you are complaining, including name, location, license or registration number if applicable, and a detailed account of the alleged violation. Include your own contact information in your correspondence so that we may contact you if we need additional information. You may use form PSB-22 (PDF) for this purpose. When the Private Security Bureau receives your complaint, it will be forwarded to one of our commissioned field investigators for investigation. The assigned investigator may contact you during the course of the investigation. Please be aware that we will not be able to provide you information regarding a pending investigation.

Please note the phone number that was posted on the complaint is wrong. Yes, I am All State Investigations Inc. but my HQ is in New Jersey. The All State Investigations in Katy TX is no affiliation with my NJ company. The reason for my post is because there have been several client inquiries to this post of which I would like set the record straight.
