All the Time Auto, Inc, owned by Bill Fortune, is an elaborate and unrelenting scam held up by nothing but lies, located in Jacksonville Florida

 I was looking for a replacement rear seat for our minivan. After putting in a couple of requests at various sites online, I received an email from All the Time Auto claiming they had what I needed and to just give them a call.

So I did. We came to an agreement on 1/10/13 and I paid $350 from my checking account. I didn't hear anything for a little while, so I called to check on the progress. I was told the seat was going to be more expensive to ship than they thought and they needed another $200. Seeing as how this was still an OK deal for me, I agreed and paid on 1/22.

On 2/19, the seat arrived at my receiving company of choice. Upon inspection, it was the wrong seat. I called and spoke with Bill Fortune. He told me the person who took my order was no longer employed there because he was incompetent. He agreed to refund my full purchase price if I ship the seat back. I was not happy to pay return shipping, but figured I could deal with that later after getting my original money back.

I got confirmation that the seat was delivered back to them on 2/25. I spoke with Bill again and now he told me there would be a 90-day wait to get my refund. On 5/30, 6/4, and 6/5, I called and left messages, never receiving a call back. I tried email, I tried talking to other salespeople there. Nothing succeeded. Finally on 9/24/13, I got a hold of Bill again. He gave me a sob story about how he was just getting back on his feet from all the poor management of people he had hired and was getting caught up on accounts payable and he would submit my refund again to accounting and I should have it within a week. As you can guess, that never happened.

It has now been a full year and it seems they are out of business. BBB has reported that their offices are vacant, and I can see the website is down and phone is disconnected.

If you ever see the name Bill Fortune, do NOT give him money! You'd get more value and less hassle if you just burned it instead.
