All Things Beauty All Things Beauty took my money and never sent my products

I ordered the The slimming waist trainer and he breast lift silicon bra on June 26th 2017. I received a confirmation order via email. I also had a total of $30 taken out of my bank account. A couple weeks later on I received another email stating that the order had been shipped and was on its way. I waited a month then I sent them the 1st email. I received an automatic email back stating that they have been extremely busy with the amount of orders they received and my order may take longer. I have emailed numerous times and got the same automatic email back until today. All I want is my money back.
