Ordered product on 12/11/2006. 12/26/2006 still hasnt shipped so I wrote a email requesting the order to be canceled. They shipped the order out after I wrote the email. I paid $6.34 for UPS ground shipping. They used USPS first class mail which cost $1.85. So basically the company pocketed $4.50. I wrote and complained and Customer Service from the company threatened to have me arrested for extortion! I did a charge back through my bank for the difference. These people WILL rip you off, stay FAR FAR AWAY!
