I signed a contract with All Your Fencing Needs on May 20, 2018 to do a fence repair. I met with the owner, Mr. Joseph Bardales. He showed up at my home to take a deposit to do the repair and then never returned. After weeks of trying to contact him through several layers of communication he tried to say that he was having some personal troubles and then never came back. I never heard from him again.
