Don't be fooled by their web site. They are Brokers who will hire any independent trucker to haul your vehicle. Your vehicle if damaged is not likely to be covered by insurance. They do NOT insure your vehicle, the driver does and if the driver does not file the claim you're out of luck.

My vehicle sustained over $600 in damages and the gypsy truck driver they hired cancelled her insurance and disappeared. Allen Auto Transport claims that they hve no responsibility. They do a poor job of screening the drivers they subcontract with, the driver they hired to transport my vehicle had her insurance revoked twice prior to them hiring her (a matter of public record)

Allen Auto Transport's insurance claims department is a sham whose only function is to stall you until it's too late to charge back on a credit card.
