Alan Cooper contacted me by text through my cell phone. I live in Kentucky. He told me I owed for a loan to a company I have never even went through and that I made payments on this loan through a bank I've never had a checking account too. Mr. Cooper said I took out this loan last year which in fact I was incarcerated at the time that this phone supposedly happened. I respectfully telling all information and he insist on if I do not give a $50 payment today or tomorrow a lawsuit will be filed by Monday. I have advised him highly against it. I have not only contacted you all but the Attorney General. Hope someone puts a stop to this man.
