Alley Heating and Air This company sells unnecessary services and repairs! Sacramento, California

This company allows con-artists to work for them. Technicians tries to sell my elderly mother (who lives on Social Security) services and repairs that her heating system did not need. Fortunately I stepped in, otherwise she would have been scammed out of almost $4000 for "work" that was totally unnecessary!

The customer service rep told me the last 3 technicians that serviced my mother were fired. Obviously they don't hire qualified people. She got a second "diagnosis" on two separate "urgent repairs needed" and they found nothing wrong with her system. Expect that you may be ripped off if you hire them to service or sell product to you or your family.
