This company took my money and supposedly sent my jacket via fedex. I emailed the shipper shortly afterward because package showed delivered outside of my apartment complex. I checked and package wasnt there i called the shipper and asked him to file a report. He refused and so i took the initiative and filed the report. fedex later admitted that they had left package at wrong place, so i emailed the shipper with the case number. The shipper ignored both my phone calles and emails. Now he is refusing to reship the package or give me my money back, plus he is fraudulaently collecting a claim from Fedex.

I used to sell on ebay and I have run into this issue many times and in this case everyone looses. The seller will ship the package and the tracking number will indicate a delivery. The buyer however does not receive it even though the tracking number confirms it. Fedex may or may not admit to the mistake however in all of the claims that I filed as a seller were denied due to the fact that the tracking number shows proof of delivery. So the seller is in a pickle. You can be a more than gernerous person and reship another product of the same kind and take a loss. Or the seller beleives that he or she is being scammed by the buyer who may just trying to get another item for free and end up with a report like this about him or her. I actually took a loss and tried it again through another shipping service and it worked every time.
