Do not buy from these people, they are ripoff artists. I purchased airline tickets along with their travel insurance 10 months in advance. Two days prior to my departure, I had to cancel my trip due to a inner ear infection preventing me from flying. I filed a claim with them, only to have it denied, because my doctor had treated me for a sinus condition the year before. In my opinion they stole my money, by issuing the policy and not reimbursing me for the tickets as promised. They are no more than scam artists to me. I will be reporting them to everyone that will listen, including the states attorney general of Virginia.

I dont know the exact details of your case, but one thing Id like to point out is that travel insurance is like any other type of insurance in that there are terms, conditions and exclusions that affect coverage. As you may know, the product you purchased did not include coverage for existing medical conditions.
