Allied Commercial Financial Merchant Services, Christopher Mcdonald, Fraudulent Liar, Run Away! Scottsdale Nationwide

I have never been so decieved in my life.  This snake Christopher Mcdonald, representing Allied Commercial Financial, took complete advantage of my trust and has almost put me out of business.  I am a reseller and my Credit is how I run my business.  Without my knoweledge or consent, Christoher put me in a 4 year non-cancellable lease that shows up on my personal credit and lowered my score dramatically.  He looks innocent, and he uses that to his advantage.  He came into my shop after his company hounded me over the phone for weeks.  I finally scheduled with them to get them to stop calling me everyday.  Christopher comes in with all sorts of lines about how he represents Visa and Mastercard directly and will give me such an amazing deal that I'll save over $200 a month as long as I agree to pay his $79 monthly fee.  Obviously I agreed, who wouldn't pay $79 to save $200?  I was hesitant at first, but he assured me that I could cancel any time I wanted.  Boy was I stupid!!!

After the first month I already knew this was a horrible decision.  My rates were higher than they have ever been before.  I have never paid over $600 in fees in the past, my first month with them I paid $825.  I was shocked!  When I called in, they said it's because I have a "Retail Account."  Whatever that means.  I told them they were wrong, I was processing directly with Visa and Mastercard.  They said they couldn't help and hung up.  The rudest customer service department I have ever spoke to.  I almost fell over when I looked at my bank statement and realized that the $79 fee was not included in the $825, that comes out separately!!  I tried to cancel and i was told it would cost me several thousant dollars!  They want $3,500 for the equipment they provided me, a cheap $300 piece of equipment, and another $1,000 to cancel the account.  I was told because the $79 is a non cancelable lease that I owe all of it up front if I cancel!

Do not work with Allied Commercial Financial they are complete liars and they do not value your business.  I hope Chrisopher Mcdonald's family reads this so they can see what a horrible person he is.  He almost put me out of business.
