Allied Interstate, Has Called So Much And At Hours Thast Has Actually Sent My Husband The The Doctor The refused to give names, and have cussed us intentially woke us at odd times, and disregarded cease and desist return letters ripoff Nationwide

This has gone on for so ong that we could not possibly list all the people even if they would say who and what state they are calling from.

They have called my husband as early as 6:30 A.M after being indormed that he is critically ill after knowing lack of sleep xan cause severe illness or death.

Once when I told them do not call at all, they told me they ahd the right to call anytime they wanted to, thats when I said they need to keep the calls till after 9:30 Am their response was if he would pay his bills he may not ne dying. everyday for the next week they called at 8:00 or earlier.

They have used profanity with my husband even calling his faterand I quote a low fife f****t that had nothing but bad sperm in him because his kid was a thief who didt pay any of his bills. Upon learning that we had good credit at our Bank they sent a fax to our bank marking the bad credit items.

They call out home at minimum 5 time a week now. and have called as much as 12 times 5 of them being in one day. My husband telles them to stop calling and hangs up and they call right back calling him maes such as scum and wellfare hog and worse.

They have been informed that my husband is critically ill with Stage 4 Chirrosis and if they had to call to please limit it to once per week. one guy said well maybe if these calls kill him we can get him off of our records.

When they are not calling at early morning hoursd they make sure they call at dinner time, I made the mistake of telling them we at at 6 and to not call at that time.

They Debt they are trying to collect is just over 4 hundred dollars. fot direct TV. Direct TV had actually withdrew a payment without permission(unauthorized withdraw) that caused severl check to Bounce in our account. We had told them we were going to pay late and to shut our cable off till after christmas yet they processed it immediately.

I filed Fraud Charges with my Bank the attorney General, the sheriff's dept. the state Police and local police but since they have no office here no warrants could be issued. I provided reports to Direc TV along with the certificates that showed where the checks had not cleared after thier payment came out. Most of the Checks had been written prior tpo the Directv payment went through. Derectv caused us almost 300 dollars. They said they would investigate and make the adjustments then next thing I nkow we are being hasseled by alliead and it never ends. Today alone I have recieved 3 calls.

Any help you can give would be extremly helpfull. Unless my husband receives a Liver Transplant he will die . They say he has maybe antoher year to live and just cannot pay the bill we actually owe and the amount Directv caused ud to lose. allied also has my husbands mental state which is already in deep depression worsening everytime he ends up on the phone with them. Having his blood preasure go sky high can cause an internal bleed to occure do to the weakening state of his blood vessels, If they get him angry enough it could cause him to bleed to death . When this was explained to them they said that is his problem not theirs; he shouldn't be a deasdbeat.

According to the FDCPA, you have protection against overbearing collection agencies that are unethical.

You can send a certified letter to the company instructing them to no longer contact you via phone, but use the mail. If they call after hours spelled out in the FDCPA (Federal Debt Collection Practice Act) they can be liable for their actions.

The next time they call, get them to give you the address, send a letter certified mail. They should cease calling.

If they continue to harass you. See if you can get a lawyer.
