Allivet.com Sent me wrong medication, then would not refund Internet Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
They sent me the wrong medication. By the time I realized that I had the wrong medication, I had already opened the box. They took a couple of weeks to answer my email. Will not refund because I had opened the box. So I'm out $50. Won't be shopping there again.

Horrible Cusdtomer Service

On 6/02/15 I ordered insulin for my cat and the site said it did express mail and on the 3rd I checked my acct with them and supplied my credit charge and after checking for a tracking # it said my order was pending and I was dangerously low on insulin which I have to give in the AM and PM. so i decided to check other online pet med sites and found Drs Sxxxxx and Fxxxxx and saw they were just a dollar more which was no problem .so I called Allivet twice to cancel my order and the 2nd time I spoke with a customer service rep he was rude and said he would not cancel my order since it was already in the process of being shipped,it had not even left the building yet so I stopped payment and ordered through Sxxxx and Fxxxxx on 6/08/15 and it arrived the next day so from now on I will use their services!
