ALLPARTS-BBQ GRILLS Delivered incomplete order & refused to issue credit for missing part. Milwaukee, Wisconsin
*Author of original report: Part Finally Received!
ALLPARTS BBQ GRILL PARTS is a questionable company. They short shipped my order and then refused to give me a credit for the missing parts. BUYER BEWARE! I have emailed them several times with no satisfaction. I have called the company, only to be put on hold for a very lengthy time. They tried to give me the run around. In the future, I will order my BBQ parts direct from the grill manufacturer. My advice is for everyone to do likewise, lest you end up on the short end of the stick like I did.

Part Finally Received!

The short shipped part finally arrived today. Hoorah! It appears the main problem with ALLPARTS BBQ GRILL is they lack any concept of how to deal with their customers. They apparently lack the training in customer service. When you email them, they dont necessarily reply. When calling them they treat you like why are you bothering me? This must be a small business trying to play in the big time, which is great except they need some basic training in how to take care of their customers. I wont order anything more from them.
