 I have several emails and texts requesting a copy of what I’ve signed. At no time was I ever given a copy of the signed contracts. Probably because they knew they were wrong and I would sue them for what they owe me. Furthermore, I was verbally told that I would be paid a 2% override on all deals since I was the sales manager for the Phoenix branch, and that didn’t happen fully either.

They did pay $4000 towards this override and told me that everything would be in writing after I quit them the first time. This has never happened either. I personally know of another situation exactly like this in which they did the same thing. Immediately after we parted ways, Anthony Chance Williams sent an email stating that no more monies would be paid until ALL monies were collected from the customers I signed contracts with, and also stated that I was to have no further contact with my customers.

They never gave me an opportunity to collect the remaining funds and state that they never collected and wrote them off as a business loss. We are talking about tens of thousands of dollars if not more. The so called general manager is also the accounting department and complaint taker. She is rude and can never give a straight answer when it comes to accounting.

I know a list of people that were contracted with this company that the same situation has happened to. Do not believe anything this company represents as I have first hand knowledge that they are dishonest and take full advantage of their customers and their insurance companies. It’s very unfortunate for those of us in this situation because unless we hire a lawyer and Allphase cooperates we are dead in the water without being paid what is due.

Anthony Chance Williams also stated (which I overheard), that he has the best and most expensive lawyer on his side. It sucks not being able to get what is due to me because I’m not a millionaire and can’t afford a lawyer like his, nor do I have the money to try to afford one because he never paid me. Please do yourself a favor and thoroughly investigate this company through all resources before hiring them or working for them.

Look up past licensing and ROC numbers as I believe they have changed several times to get rid of complaints. The last I knew, they were only a roofing company and not a general contractor although they still had us salespeople represent that they were and would do all repairs deemed necessary by the insurance company. They also bill the Insurance company saying ALL work has been completed when it has not, so that the insured receives "depreciation " on all items, which is insurance fraud by both Allphase and unfortunately the customer as the customer is advised to tell the insurance company that ALL work was completed.

They also do work in many other states. And don’t forget to research what they did in Safford, AZ in late 2016 concerning two families that had to go to the ER for life threatening circumstances due to lack of proper roofing practices and how they were fired from several customers for non performance. Hope this helps everyone to make a wise and educated decision when contemplating doing business with this company or contracting your services as an independent contractor selling for this company.

The allegations by Jim Gibbs are false.  Mr. Gibbs has been provided on more than one occasion with copies of anything he signed regarding Allphase.

Mr. Gibbs is paid according to the payment terms agreed upon by himself and the company when he became a subcontractor for Allphase.  

We do not treat one subcontactor differently than another and no sub is given a verbal agreement, everything agreed upon by the company and the subcontractor is put in writting.
