On 5/19/07, I ordered weight loss medication on internet. Amex was charged $189.00 immediately. Merchandise was supposed to arrive in 18 to 24 days. Never received order.

Finally, after numerous attempts, I was able to reach someone on the online chat for that site. They checked my order status and said they reshipped it on 6/24/07.........still weighting.
