Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Ordered service from a flyer in newspaper. They promised a "free" 7" portable DVD player ($24.96 S/H!!). Had to download forms for rebate. Sent forms and copy of first bill to their address. Waited 60days and sent email checking on status. They said I was too late. I did not send the "back" of the bill and they could not verify the service I had ordered!!! I ordered it THRU them!!!!
When asked why no followup request for the "back", They said too bad it is over 45 days. They have an unlisted phone (417-887-4922). Company owned by Benjamin D. Solberg. PS. Don't look for DishNetwork to help you!!! They have a series of for emails that blow you off..

The same thing happened to me last year. I finally got my home theater system they promised after I emailed them and told them I would file a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General's office under bad business practices and that they would end up having to pay civil penalties and restitution if this was just a scam to get people to order through them.
