Allstar Product Group ; Ruggies Company advertised that one set of "ruggies" could be purchased with the option of getting one additional set free if you agreed to pay the extra shipping and handling. At check out you appear to be given a choice to pay for shipping for an additional set when in fact you have already done that. You end up with two sets and a charge for over $52 for 4 sets with over $30 in shipping for 4 sets of plastic rug grippers Internet

 I was first made aware of this product via a TV ad.  Interested in the offer I went online to purchase.  The offer included 8 rug grippers for $10 with a shipping cost of $7.95.  But if you were to agree to another set and agree to pay the extra shipping you would get the second set free.

The website purchase "box" where you indicate the number of sets you're interesetd in say: buy 8 get 8 free OFFERS.  It doesn't say get 8 free...it says offers. 

On the next page it asks if you're interested in the 8 free, which I assumed was the authorization for the second set and additional shipping charges.  It was not.  It was authorization for an entirely seperate set for an additional $10 plus 7.95 shipping.

There is no page that allows you to confirm your order with the full amount of the purchase detailed...so you know what you're purchasing before you agree to pay.

This is incredible that a company can get away with this.  When you call to cancel they are not able to help you since it is "not yet in their system" although I already recieved a confirmation email that my order was recieived.  There is no email address on their website.  The only contact information is a customer status report that traces your order.
