allstate insurance co. they talked about accident forgiveness but the raised my rates for accidents that were not my fault northrook, Illinois

I was with allstate for two year period in which they knew  i had two past auto accident's booth not at fault i was rear ended they got a letter from my past insurance company that i was not at fault they then raised my auto insurance to $1,800.00 a year when for the two year period i had no claims i then dropped allstate and went with another company that lowered my rates way lower than allstate per year .they talk a good game then they screw you when something happens later .I found their policys very misleading and deseptive
