they send checks that are fraud and you get stuck paying for it.

What type of check were you sent? Were you sent a check and asked to send them back money to "cover fees", were you offered a loan in advance if you paid a fee? If any of this sounds familiar, you've been had and it's not AllState. Please provide more info

If it's the former, you should be able to get your money by suing them.
But I'm guessing it's the latter. Just because the check says their name doesn't mean they were involved in the scam.
