Allstate Personal accident insurance I feel this company and this type of insurance is absolutly frudulant and untruthful in their proposed benifit. I would highly recommend that no one use this company for this type of insurance policy. Jacksonville Florida

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I pay a monthly premium to have personal accident insurance - 3 months later and who knows who gets to make the choice on my accident claim i am not sure. i injured myself lifting a container this accident should be covered under this policy they denied the claim.

Misunderstanding

You might have misunderstood of the insurance policy. From their web site, it gives me an impression that you will get paid if your injury is involved in an accident (could be car accident). However, it could be some kind of other accident as well (e.g. fall down and break your bones). However, your situation in the report is not an accident. If you injured yourself by lifting a heavy container (and I believe it could be your back), then it is not an accident. If a container fell on you while you were walking by it, then it is an accident.
At least, on the bright side, you made an honest claim even though it is denied.
