I dont even know where to start with this company. They were contracted to come to my home at 10:00 AM to move me from Las Vegas to Los Angeles. At 9:59 they called and told me their truck broke down. Here I am sitting around doing in a home full of boxes and furniture ready to move. I have 5 children that were at school. We were going to pick them up and drive to my brothers home in LA that night and move in the next day. I could not bring my kids back home because it was too dangerous for them due to all the items around the house. We also removed all the child safety locks and gates for our new home. We were asked if we could reschedule. I said no, my job starts in LA in 2 days. I was told the truck over heated because it was hot in Vegas. We were having a record and it was really cold out. They called me back about 3 hours later and said they found a company that could move us and they would honor the contracted price we agreed to but they would not be there for 24 hours. I wasnt happy but did not have a choice. I told them I wanted them to pay for lodging for my family since it would not be practicable and unsafe to stay at home. I thought I was being very reasonable in my demand. All she Jollee said she would do is refund me my deposit. Didnt realize they were going to keep it since they didnt show up. She said that the truck breaking down was an act of God and they are not responsible. I tried to explain that it wasnt and that I have damages. The other moving company they sent was a joke. They showed up in a small truck, stole items from me and broke countless items in the move. I will be taking legal actions against both parties if they do not settle soon. Getting a call back from Jollee is easy on the sales side but she still refuses to call me back. What they did to me was horrible. My family also suffered, my kids were super disappointed that I was not there when they woke up on fathers day because I had to drive a 2nd moving truck and tow my car through the desert after they finally finished packing everything up at 7:30 at night. It took me nearly 3 hours to get to Barstow were I eventually had to get a hotel room because I was falling asleep at the wheel. I have not left many bad reviews for companies but this company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THEM. I do not believe all the good reviews on the internet about this company. I do not think they are real.
