Alltel reported me to experian as being delinquent as of 07/2008 I filled bankruptcy on alltel 2002 and was discharged january 2003. when I contacted alltel They admited to me that that should not have been sent
to my credit report. As of today 09/2008,It is still on my credit report and has
lowered my credit score by 20 points. Alltel has lied to me, they still have not removed this illegal report. Ihave called several time's and get the same empty promise. Also i filled a dispute with experian and responce to them by
Alltel was the "report is correct" This has me at my wits end!!

I would think that a bankruptcy would lower your score by more than 20 points.
If they are reporting the issue as discharged through bankruptcy, then they are doing nothing wrong-that would be an accurate reporting of the matter.
