Alltell Corporation has poor service and poor customer service. Rip-off! Little Rock, Arkansas
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Over the past few months we have complained to this company that we do not have service at our place of business or at our home. Every time we talked to customer service they are going to this and that, but they never do anything to improve our service. We also found out that they do not have many towers around us. They have sold most of their towers to other companies. The nearest tower to us is at least 5 miles from us. We have asked if another phone would be better for us other than the ones we have, they do not have a answer for us. Customer service is an imporant service most companies should have, Alltell's customer service is terrible!
