Makes me truly sick that people can lie and twist the truth and get someone prosecuted. I hope that those of you involved can sleep at night. Anyone that knows this mans character knows the REAL person and he would never rip someone off. This just sickens me. Shame on liars.

When reading this poor review, please keep in mind there is a very angry EX employee that was let go because of some things 'they' did that were not accepted by this company. The owner of this company is well known and loved in the community and would not have a business if he were truly this horrible of a person. Just ask him for references and make your own decision.

Where is the rip off?

I find it hard to believe that you have been taken  by me or any company I have ever been associated with.  If anything you received more than you or your insurance company paid for as a result of my assistance. 

I started this company as a way to assist homeowners and help them from getting cheated by their insurance companies after working as an insurance adjuster and seeing how bad the insurance companies take advantage of their homeowners . 

In dealing with an insurance claim we gather information, prepare that information into an easy to understand format and send that information in to the insurance companies for review.  The insurance companies ultimately determine the amount of the claim with the additional information provided.  How is that taking advantage of your insurance company? 

The process takes a lot of time and effort if it is done correctly.  This process insures the homeowners are not having to cut corners with their repairs or be out of pocket additional money for repairs that should have been covered under their insurance policy.   If anything this is looking out for the homeowners and not the other way around. 

Anyone who has ever worked for or  been associated in any way with Alltex Roofing  or myself have been well paid if not extremely overpaid for their assistance.   

It is easy to slander a company and a man when you hide behind the anonymity of the internet.  I am certain it would be harder for you to prove what you say to be true. 

If you are a homeowner that we have done work for, I welcome you to bring any information you have to me as to how I have taken advantage of you, talked down to you, taken advantage of your insurance company or how anything I have done could have constituted a reason to contact the State of Texas with regard to my actions.  I will do everything in my power to make it right. 
I am truly sorry that your experience in dealing with Alltex Roofing and myself have been unpleasant.  Please help me to understand what was done wrong and how we can improve for the future.
