Alltrade pool Didn't properly clean our pool, if any and stole pool equipment. Greenwood South Carolina

 Do not waste your time or money with this very rude and unprofessional company. You may be satisfied at first but then they will take advantage of you and stop cleaning your pool, but swear that they are. When you try to bring it to their attention the owner will blow you off. A worker stole a brand new vacuum hose and left their old broke no good hose, and since they get paid to "clean" the pool we didn't notice at first. For a month our pool was not getting clean and when multiple attempts to reach the owner she kept ignoring us. Finally when we noticed they stole our hose I went up there to get it, but guess what? It wasn't there because they were out using it. Even gave her till the next day to have it back to our house but she stated it would be back by that night, that was a lie. So the next day went back up there, and guess what? Still wasn't there because they were out using it again. Needless to say she only took it serious when we threaten a police report and then she left it outside her store where we had to go pick it back up. We still wanted to go ahead with the report because what she did was completely dirty and wrong and took advantage of us. To show what type of person she is she told he police officer that our dog bite her employee and he panicked and grabbed the wrong hose which is a complete lie. What she doesn't know is there is cameras to back up that yours guys weren't  doing their job and clearly she isn't worth my time or energy. This company is horrible and don't see it lasting much longer.
