I ordered two trial sample of eye and skin cream with the understanding I paying for postage which was $11.00 on my credit
card. This company also charged my credit card of the items which was total $175.90. I called the company and was told
that I needed call back in 14 days to cancel or my credit will be automatically charge. I didn't see this statement.
I called to cancel within 30 days and I also told agent that the product didn't work, I see no improvement. I would
like a refund, which was denied. I 'm retired and live on a fixed income. Please help me out.
