allurez came thru in time for xmas. i understand they were quite busy that time of year maybe more staff for the holidays would help

Exact same situation. I'm trying to dispute the charge with my CC company and would suggest you do the same if you haven't done so already. I think this this might be a big scam. No answer on their phones for weeks, no response to emails, or their online chat.
