allvetmeds should be shut down for animal cruelty!! Hialeah , Florida

I have to say i am VERY disturbed, hurt, and disapointed in this buisness. I recently placed an order for my dog with severe hip dysplasia and arthritis. My vet had gave us enough meds to last 8 days, ample time to order and recieve medication from here.....wrong!

The same day i placed my order they sent a fax to my vet who approved the prescription and sent it back to them, days went by and i heard nothing so i called them. I was told they didnt receive conformation from my vet so i went there and they showed me proof they ALREADY faxed it back the 1st day, and submitted another. I then got a conformation email saying my order was shipped, even had a tracking number whichbdidnt work..... 6 days later nothing, so again i called. I was them informed they NEVER sent out the medication and it was on back order and would not be sent out for anoTher 5 days!!!!

So I asked if they would then overnight It when they got it in stock, since THEY made the mistake of A) not informing me the product was on back order and B) sent an email with a tracking number and C) making my crippeled dog suffer and wait for OVER 2 1/2 weeks.....AND THEY SAID NO!!!

are you kidding me?! This is like animal cruelty! I trusted my dogs health in this company, i was promised a product, lied to and then told too bad. i should have done my research first, they have websiteS decicated to hating them and how it is all a scam. Its ironic everybodies complaints are the same as mine, lied to about having and sending medicines....

Allvetmeds, you are theives, criminals and I will do everything i can to make sure people know about you aweful company. I sincerly hope they either drasticlty change the way they do buisness or please, PLEASE just shut down. i really feel this is animal abuse in some form......
