Customers beware of purchasing any goods form this jewler!
They look very nice
they sound friendly
They suggest to clean your jelwery (although I did not ask for it) and thye make it sound 's almost for free, and they charged me $150.00 to clean a paltinum ring
worse, to add a dingle ringet to your gold chain (did not replace the locket, just secure it) they charged 225.00.
Of course when you come to pick it up, the ask you for cash only so no trace will be left !
SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
do not SHOP there!!!!!!!!!!!

First of all, we know who you are who wrote this. Your husband brought us 10, that is 1-0, rings to be POLISHED. He wanted us to polish them, not just clean them. If it were a simple cleaning it would have been free. You should be honest and tell the readers of Ripoff Report the whole true story. Oh but wait, you were not here, you just got the story from your husband!
Your husband brought us your rings to be cleaned and that was your birthday gift from him, so you or him DID ask for the rings to be cleaned. We have a price list and we showed your husband the price before we took the job.
We POLISHED all 10 rings which took half a days work. That is standing labor for HALF OF A DAY. Do you work for free? I didn't think so! To polish each ring we charge $17.00 so your job should have been $170.00 so with the charge of $150.00 we took good care of you.
Next time you want something cleaned do it yourself. Does a maid clean a house for free? Please, give us a break and realize that we are all working hard for our money and we are not your servant to polish your silver rings.
On the cash only thing, you are FULL OF IT!!! We barely receive any cash. Our business consists mostly of credit card purchases, with the few exceptions of a check here and there. Your husband is the one who chooses to use cash with us so that is not our problem.
I would like to let everyone know that my father's business is built on trust and integrity. We have been in business for 41 years. If we were not honest and a trustworty company how would we have survived this long? You can contact the Better Business Bureau, which we have won their Award of Excellence from, and ask for a report on us.
Next time you have a problem we ask that you have the courage to face us and talk to us about it instead of acting like a child and going to blab on the internet!
