Alpha Credit Services Dishonest account deduction Florida

I was also contacted by Alpha Credit Services and guaranteed a credit card with $2500 limit for an automatic deducation of $299 from my checking. A month later I received some flyers and a coupon booklet. I called and questioned the operator, who imformed me to return the info. for a refund. I returned the info. certified mail and still have not received a signed receipt. I have since lost the receipt with the address.

I was initially contacted by Katie who gave me a phone number of 1-800-952-8882 ext. 204. Now no one answers at this number.
