Alpha Prime Elite Was charged 95.00 x 2 after 14 days of subscription to a 30 day free trial. There was no documentation on website of being charged 95.00 after two weeks of trial. As a matter of fact it took about 10days to recieve the product in the mail. I called and tried to get my money back and return the product and i was told they could do nothing for me, so i made sure to cancel at that point. Not very ethical for a multi billion dollar company... Internet

Wrongfully charged for product , supposed to be a 30 day trial for 5$ shipping x2 . Then recieved a credit card charge for 95.00 x2 . There was no information on web page about being charged after 14day's. Then called customer support and tried to return product and was told there was nothing they could do for me. it took 10 day's to recieve in mail and lady at customer service said it was a 14 day trial and not a thirty day. Hmmm Didn't make any sense to me. I strongly believe i was scamed, very unethical for being a multi billion dollar company....
