Al's Smoke Shop LA Smoke Shop Sold Me a Broken E-Cig and REFUSED to deal with it after he said he would! Tooele Utah

I went to Al's Smoke Shop, formerly known as LA Smoke Shop and purchased an e-cigarette.  I had asked the guy if it didnt work could i bring it back and get it taken care of. He said ya sure he would work with me. I got home, got it charged up, and before i got to use it, the d**n thing broke. The battery part fell to pieces when i added the top part to it. The liquid started leakimg from the bottom, and as i began to wipe it up the button fell off! I took it back the following Monday as was agreed if it were to not work. The guy REFUSED to do anything about it. he even ripped up the little note he wrote about me coming back if this did happen. He sold me a piece of junk and still will not give me a refund or a replacement.
