Alta Logistics Inc Unpaid Cargo Claim Rockland California

Carrier was tendered a multi pick but missed a pickup. They confirm that they missed the pickup. However, the carrier has a factoring company and because the factoring company short paid them the claim amount of $700 they think they do not owe us the claim amount. We paid the factoring company the full freight invoice of $6000 but the factoring company paid the carrier $5300. We let the carrier know it is their responsibility to seek reimbursement from the factoring company.
