On Jan of this year we entered into an agreement With steve muelher and edwardo alves of alta vista securities to provide our company with going public on the frankfurt stock exchange and to arrange equity capital for our project. We paid a fee to start this process. We were to recieve all doc's concerning this process within 30 days. After calls inquiring about doc's with various reasons why we hadnt recieved them I.e , computer down, out of town, someone was supposed to have already sent , after nearly two months of no docs and promisies of funds being raised overseas on road shows, and our company being registed with Bafin , and prospectus's being ok'ed be the sec. None of which was true. We had our attorney contact both bafin and the sec our company infomation or and prospectus was ever registered or even sent in for approval. After numerous calls about sending doc's to confirm what he had done for our company. He responded by email that he no longer had time to babysit our offering or to give it the time that it needed that he would be refunding our funds, all of this did not happen until i said we would have our attorney contact him about paperwork. He sent us a release so we wouldnt sue which we sent back. As of today May 13 he has yet to return our funds. He has not returned phone calls or emails or texts. He and his company are frauds ! we will be telling everybody by the use of the internet of this. We are planning to blow him up. File compliants in every state he has listed as an address of his business as well as the us attorney office. we have given him every chance to return our money but to no avail now it our turn.
