This scam is to offer a house for sale with $1000.00 deposit with the stiplation that you have to use PREMIUM TITLE SERVICES Atlanta, Ga, who charges $1200.00 to transfer the property to you at closing. There is no local office for Premium Title Services they use Notary Republic to get the contract signed. You are charged $350.00 for the Notary service. You are charged $400.00 for Buyers Attorney, but there is no Attorney. Except for Front man, Keith Chapman, all the others are Indians operating on the internet. AVOID AT ALL COST anything with ALTISOURCE.COM
