AltrecOutdoor.com is a Fraud on-line. Last december I did an order,and they send me a wrong size and style of a winter boots,I did the return of the item like they say,now is february and they never do the refund of my money in my debit card, I loose my money and the item,is a fake company beware people,they really look like seriuos store on line!

We have been in business for approximately 10 years we would not survive if we were not a legitimate business, you can find us on biz rate a site that ranks businesses.
I cannot speak to your specific situation since I don't have enough info but we always replace miss shipped items immediately for customers unless we are out of stock then we would give you a free return label and refund you upon receipt of the item.
