AlumniClass.com ripoff, dishonest fraudulent advertising pertaining to costs Fairfax Virginia
*UPDATE Employee: Respone to fraudlent advertising
*Consumer Comment: AlumniClass.com is not a company
I wanted to use their message board and found out I had to pay 10 bucks. No problem I think about it a while and pay then 6 months later they can't find my subscription information. Claimed it was lost! Unfortunately I was duped into thinking this was a one time payment because that is what they claim in their advertising on the site.

This person clearly did not try to resolve this matter with us. We did lose some informaiton due to a crashed server but everyone was serviced from the crash that contacted us. To only have one complaint with the number of customers we work with is a good record. Please contact us in the future with any complaints.

#1 Consumer Comment
AlumniClass.com is not a company

If you go to their main website at alumniclass.com there is no physical address, company name, list of schools or anything aside from an email address posted. There's also no privacy policy or terms of service. That would be enough to make any one a bit nervous and probably is a tell tale sign of deception taking place. My suggestion would be not to do business with them at all. They may be selling people's information for profit or worse like in your case getting ripped off.
