About 2 years ago a patient came to my office for prenatal care and delivery. At one point she introduced me her husband, Alvin Parmassar. Alvin introduced himself to me as a both a CIA agent and a real estate investor. In Feb. of 2016 he contacted me and asked to come and see me. When he came he showed me papers relating to various rel estate trasactions that he had done, and he showed me 2 certified checks written to Tristate General Contractors for $3.5 M and $15.9 M. He also introduced me to several other individuals (several bank employees, a mortgage broker, a stock broker, several contractors and the owners of several check cashing places) all of whom claimed to have invested anywhere from $200K to $1.5M with him. Based on this I agreed to invest $2M with him, and he was supposed to return the $ with profit by April of 2017. So far, he has not returned any of the $. I recently did an internet search with his name and came across 3 corporations that he had opened over the past year in the Dominican Republic.

Alvin Parmassar contacted me by phone on 11-06-17 to let me know that he does not intend to pay back any of his creditors including me, and that he does not plan to return to the United States at all.

Since my last update in September of 2017 Alvin Parmassar has not been responding to calls made to or texts sent to his mobile #(((REDACTED))).
On 10-15-17 Michael Chiarella, an individual who works for Alvin Parmassar, made a 3-way call to me and had Alvin Parmassar talk to me. Alvin stated that his lawyer will be contacting me shortly to arrange for payments to me. I reminded him that the $900,000 12-month loan he took on my office building was due to be paid back on 11-01-17.
