Am Bella Allure I pa $89.92!id to have the cream shipped.However on my credit card I was billed $89.92! I called,and was told I had 14 days to respond to the trial. It wasn't stipulated on line,or in the packaging. I as also told I couln't return the product,even though I hadn't used it because it was "free".The email I was given for additional support doesn't exist St.Petersburg ,Florida

I paid for a tial sample ,so I paid the shipping of $4.99. On my credit card bill, I not only received a charge for the shipping, I was also charged $89.92 for the cream!

When I called about the charge, I was told I had 14 days to respond to the trial. There was no stipulation either on line, or in the package.

I asked where I could return the product, and I was told I couldn't (even though I hadn't used it),because it was free.

After speaking to several customer service peple to ask for a refund, I asked for an additional supervisor,and was given an email that doesn't exist.
