A&M properties, LLC "new math", deceptive acounting, and no communication syracuse New York

 We used to manage our own 2 family home in syracuse, New York. When we moved out of state we hired a&m properties to manage for us. Luckily we had a tennant who would report to us how the company was doing. She would call multiple times and he would never return a call. The few times he did call her back he made her feel like a nuisance. Actually telling the tennant he doesnt get paid enough to deal with compaints. the thing is he set the contract and i just agreed to it. I didnt tell him what he would get, which by the way is standard. Many times i had to handle issues for the tennant or call pete multiple times myself. I too was treated like a nuisance as if he were doing me a favor. Clearly he is unable to grasp the owner/ property manger relationship, along with many other things. The best part is he gets angry and trys to be insulting when you wont accept false claims. He will claim he has records etc etc. But anyone can type up some numbers and just claim them as fact. I have what I was supposed to have recieved and what i actually recieved. He claims lead paint, I have report from home inspector disputing that and that he painted six rooms now. I have an email claiming 2 walls. Is it so hard for him to stick to one set of numbers? Of course the REAL screwing happened when the tennant i Knew left. Thats when the creative accounting and false accusations come in to play. I would stay far far away from this guy. When i fired him he made veiled threats and a got little lippy. He especially takes advantage of out of state tenants as you can see from the numerous reviews from the internet. He needs to be investigated. The company is a scam folks. plain and simple. worst mistake i have ever made was answering his craigslist add, but i guess thats what you get for seeking a profesional from craigslist. He owes us atleast 1500 as of now but we are running far far from this company. there are many other companies out there that understand how to keep records and comunicate. Also how profesional is it for an owner of a business to make veiled threats and insults? insults!! you should hear how this guy sounds, and HE is trying to be insulting?
