I was led to believe i was receiving a trial size of both ambella eye serium and ambella skin care for just the cost of shipping which i believe was $4.95 each as well as a subscription to joanna gaines monthly magazine, which by the way i never received. This was a gift for my girlfriend but i ended up not givig it to her when i realized i was going to be charged $89.92 and $89.95 per month for 0.5 oz of eye serium and 1 oz of skin cream. i am now having to use my bank to file a dispute that may take however long. Oh and Yes i did receive a very polite gentleman who gave me a cancellation order number and assured me i would not be billed. That was not the case the second time i called them and they said that i had received the product and it was stated that i agreed somewhere to accept the charges!! balloney!!! a real rip off, shame on you joanna gaines for dealing this way with a public that has made your family quite wealthy!!
