I will leave the conclusions to the readers. Visit www.usps.com. The delivery confirmation number for this customer's order is 03101230000203054671. The package was delivered on August 30, 2011. The customer originally stated that he did not get the package at all. Then changed his story and said that the item was not as described. When we requested to have the item returned, he changed his story again and said that "the box arrived empty." When we offered to send a replacement, the customer denied the offer. In the end, the customer received a full refund.
