Amazon / Garbage Commander Stolen Valor, IP / Patent Theft...

First, it's not Amazon's job to enforce the patent for you.  If you believe they infringe your patent, you can sue them in federal court, or you can find someone who will sue them on your behalf.

Second, they most likely don't infringe your patent.  Your claims are drafted very narrowly and only cover the embodiment with a D-ring adjacent to the hooks, a shaft, and a pin inserted into the shaft on the vehicle side.  They don't have a D ring or a shaft.  Their hooks are also not rotatably coupled, but are basically part of what you are calling the "shaft".

Sounds like either your lawyers ripped you off, or you didn't do your job reviewing the patent.  The patent is defined by its claims, not anything else.  Your claims are narrow, so your patent is pretty much worthless.  It doesn't even cover the device you sell on your website, since it doesn't have a D-ring.

Also, a patent is not some kind of endorsement by the USPTO.  They don't review the merits of your invention apart from just the claims being novel enough to be patented, which isn't a very high bar to meet, especially for a narrowly drafted patent.  If you tried to get more broad claims, they probably would have been denied, since there are many types of hooked implements that attach to vehicles.

Seller (Garbage Commander) infringes upon authentic U.S. Pat. No. 10,913,598. Illegally making false claims on all their products as Patented. GC products have been illegally and falsely branded / registered on Amazon; whilst Arc-Jet-Weld has been so denied, having his authentic US Patent ignored! Moreover, GC has not passed any rigorous US Patent Examiners inspection and has zero US Patents! GC plagiarism + IP Theft is a crime of deception! GC’s products are not originals; most are untested / unproven and are potentially unsafe products. Customers could get hurt using GC products.
